This report describes the fish passage monitoring at the Vern Freeman Diversion in 1998 and summarizes the results of the 5-year monitoring program. The 1998 monitoring season was the fifth and final year of the study, which examines the upstream movement of adult steelhead and the downstream movement of juvenile steelhead past the Vern Freeman Diversion Facility.
