This document is an analysis of the proposed action to develop management direction to meet the intent of the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act and to protect and enhance the outstandingly remarkable values for which Sespe Creek was designated. A Comprehensive River Management Plan (CRMP) will be developed from the management direction contained in the proposed action and will be incorporated into the existing Los Padres National Forest Land and Resource Management Plan as an amendment. This is a programmatic document and site-specific analysis may be required to implement future site-specific decisions.
