Ventura County evaluates the potential effects of the Day fire
The U.S. Forest Service and Ventura County officials are concerned about the potential for the large area burned in the recent "Day" fire to contribute to flooding and debris flows within Piru, Sespe, and Santa Paula creeks, as well as the mainstem Santa Clara River.
